Claudia as a Real Estate Agent has over 18 years of experience in Selling/Buying and Investing in real estate in the Bay Area. She has been part of many real estate transactions of Single Family homes, Mixed-Use properties, Apartment Buildings, Duplexes and more. In her many
years of experience, she has passionately assisted and negotiated strongly for first time home buyers achieving their American dream, clients moving up to their next home and Investors in growing their investment portfolios. Claudia takes a lot of pride that her clients are mostly by referral only which include friends, family, and many referrals from past and current clients.
Claudia has resided in the Peninsula for over 30 years. Claudia brings experience as a Top and Trusted agent working for some of the bigger Real Estate offices in the Bay Area. However, she decided to join HeartStone because it’s dedication to the community their white glove approach and their one-on-one attention each client gets as part of the HeartStone family heartbeat. Claudia has also led several software companies as Head of Human Resources in which she has scale and helped to acquisition or turn-around. She has a background in high-growth companies and is an advocate for effective talent management, team-building, executive coaching and diversity and inclusion.
Claudia graduated from Golden Gate University with a Master of Science in Human Resources Management and a focus on Human Resources
Development. Claudia is very active in her free time, hiking and volunteering.
